I lead the engineering team responsible for the Web/Desktop Order Manager for the iFood Ecosystem, and this product is the main interface between the restaurant and customers, delivery drivers and ifood support, responsible for the life cycle of around millions and millions of orders per month. Responsibilities: Active collaboration in architecture design and solution creation, utilizing comprehensive technical knowledge from across the technical ecosystem. Guidance and continuous development of team members, through regular individual meetings (1:1s), preparation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) and complete feedback. Preparation of the development schedule together with the product team, aligning business needs with the engineering backlog. Establishing effective communication with stakeholders to share the engineering team's vision, objectives and analysis. Responsible for promoting an agile culture over time, ensuring the quality of deliveries and adding value to customers. Constant monitoring of analyzes related to the product and business performance. Recruitment and training of new members, strengthening the team and improving existing skills.

Senior FrontEnd Software Engineer

Zenvia Mobile (Aug 2020 - Jul 2022)

Acting in the conversational chatbots team with communication platforms such as Whatsapp, SMS, Instagram, Facebook and etc. Responsible for the technical evolution of the monolith frontend application to a micro frontend managed by Single SPA, using the framework Angular 9 and Angular 10, Vue.js 3 and Vue.js 4. Implementation of E2E tests with Cypress and unit tests with Karma. Using the tool to send data to Google Analytics and using FullStory to analyze customer behavior. Participation in the FrontEnd Chapter and organizer of events about the tech area within the company.
